I recently moved to another town and my listings still show they are in the previous town, even though I have updated all the addresses in my Ebay account (deleted the old one). Do I have to go to every item individually to change the location?

How is it that I have the shipping automatically calculated based on the buyer's location and somebody buys something and pays $20 for shipping but the lowest I can get the shipping for is $34?
