Hello. I am needing help with this 9" coffee pot and 7" sugar canister. I have seen this form identified as haviland and have even seen some marked, but not this decoration. I'm just trying to verify that it is haviland and possibly when it was made. TIA

In my opinion this is English, late 19th century-early 20th.

At first glance I was a bit confused. I've seen this form with similar decoration and H&Co / Limoges marks.
A brief survey online brought up this link with the Haviland green mark and impressed English registry mark.
So was this blank produced in Staffordshire and decorated by Haviland?

The blank of the pot in the link is very similar, but not the same.

Just using the blank as a point of comparison. English Registry mark / Haviland backstamp?

IMHO, this is Haviland. It is the same shape as a large coffee pot in the cable shape, which is sometimes referred to as rope, shown in "Haviland China, The Age of Elegance" by Nora Travis. The sugar to the cable shape is also consistant. The ones in the book are marked, and are dated as being between 1876 - 1889. Since the shape dates to before marking of goods was required, marking of goods was not consistent.
Here is a completed listing showing this shape, but not the decoration
