eBay hasn't sent a payout in SIX DAYS! This is my livelihood. Stop sitting on my money.

I have nearly $6000 in sales in the past 7 days. eBay last sent a payout 6 days ago of $802. All of these sales have been marked by eBay as paid for and ready to ship. My bank info is unchanged and correct. My payout setting has not changed from "daily". WHERE IS MY MONEY? This is my income and I have bills to pay.

Agreed. When I first signed up for MP, it was much faster; Now I don't get a notice from eBay, telling me they're sending funds to my account until 72 hours after the sale. and then another 48 to 72 hours before it's hard money in my account. Should there be a weekend involved, it is definitely not a pleasure cruise. PayPal was quick, concise, and done.

The obvious question would be to ask whether you set up for daily payouts or weekly payouts.  

That aside ... 

"Paid and awaiting shipment" does not determine whether funds are waiting to be paid to you or not. That is determined by whether the funds are "available" or not at the time your payout is batched.

Do you do "daily" payouts or "weekly"?  If weekly - they are ACH'd on Tuesdays, usually available Wed at the latest.  We do "daily" and what we received today was again odd......I really think ALL of my Thursday ones should have been in today's.  They were not.  Frustrating as it did not used to be like this.

Currently messaging with CS. They are trying to tell me that all of my funds are on hold because the items have not reached buyers. That is not how it has ever worked. Also, several buyers during the past week have already left positive feedback for the items they RECEIVED.

$6k in a week means you're doing good business; just pay yourself out of the Tax Dollars you are holding for year end (or quarterly if that is how you pay).

I would ask to be transferred to a managed payment specialist.

It might be because of the $$ amount of money.

For some reason higher dollar amounts have been subject to delays.

That said the MP link does say something about hold until the item is delivered..

In Seller Hub go to Payments tab Summary .......... that will tell you how much you have available and when your next payout will be.  Amazingly, it also tells you how much is On Hold and how much is Processing.

If your money is still in the On Hold or Processing stage then  !?!?!? it will be sent later.

I know, I'm sorry,

I wasn't trying to be unsympathetic- I understand your frustration and it would frustrate me as well.

If you can, try to get a MP specialist on the phone as the regular phone CS isn't as schooled in the payment processing issues & policies.

It is usually because your total hit a "threshold" to evoke the hold, up to 21 days.

Sounds though as you typically sell quite a bit per week, so not certain, if you have not had holds in the past.  How long ago did you sign up for MP?

eBay CS literally just throws out random reasons with no logic or validity.  CS on messaging just told me the reason is my Late Shipment rating. Mine is .3%. Top Rated is anything below 3%. I'm literally at 1/10th the limit. These people are morons. Every singe aspect of my ratings is WELL within the Top Rated range.

Yea that's what I was referencing in the "high dollar delays" I mentioned. 

It's like they are punishing sellers for success in a round-a-bout way.
