There is a lot of talk about class action but really only the lawyers will make money.  Call your state's Attorney General and file complaint.  Call the US  Attorney General too!

Class Action for what exactly ?

Many sellers, myself included, have been on MP for months/years and have no issue.

Paypal fronted the money to the seller before it was even cleared to them, so we all got happy and comfortable with that - now Adyen as a financial banking institution (PP was Not a bank) are bound by banking laws and can not do that, so we wait until funds are in our banks.

Nothing there would qualify as illegal or even immoral.

Like any class action worth it's weight in gold, lawyers don't cost a penny to anyone up front. They take the case and get paid if it pays off.

Want to know why there isn't one? Because there is 100% absolutely NOTHING to sue over. No lawyer would EVER take this go-nowhere-do-nothing case.
