Ebay managing doesn't address shipping charges

I am in the process of switching to Ebay managed selling but in creating a shipping label the postage still comes out of Paypal, with no option I can find to switch to the money Ebay is holding. Will I now have to move money from Ebay to my bank to Paypal and back to Ebay? I want my shipping label cost to come directly from the item's earnings at the time of transaction while those earnings are being 'managed' and before whatever is left is transferred to my bank. Otherwise this entire changeover is nothing more than a giant complication for me. How can I do this? Thanks everyone.

Next time you print label "check box" that directs EBAY to take money from Managed Payments.   I think you only need to do that once and it will default to that in the future.
