I am an individual seller. I do not have a physical store. Is GST Registration Certificate Mandatory for Individual Seller?Will ebay pay GST when a seller gets a sale? Is it mandatory for the seller to have a GST registration certificate?

ISBN required

It is for the Book subcategory. There is no option for Not Applicable.There will be books without ISBN.I usually sell small lot in this category. I have to use one of the isbn's.I hope this will not last.
