I am an individual seller. I do not have a physical store.  Is GST Registration Certificate Mandatory for Individual Seller?
Will ebay pay GST when a seller gets a sale? Is it mandatory for the seller to have a GST registration certificate?

As I understand, it is an import tax. Buyer pays. So I don't know how it concerns to sellers. I don't think there is a GST for domestic transactions.

eBay collects and remits all sales tax

GST is Goods and Services Tax in Australia, I do not know if it is the same in India, you should probably ask on your own forum as information here could be incorrect.

In Australia GST is added to every sale (except for International where duty applies to the incoming goods at the other end) - buyer pays full total - FVF's include full total plus shipping.

In Australia eBay handle all GST and no you do not have to be registered as a business nor have a registration certificate unless you want/are required to claim offsets
