Hi,
I am selling my bag collection internationally and one the bag is going to US. Using the tracking service provided by USPS, the tracking shows :
Processed Through Sort Facility
February 12, 2012, 12:38 pm
ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS)
Registered Mail™
Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
Processed Through Sort Facility
February 10, 2012, 4:35 pm
SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE
Does that mean that my buyer has received the item? What is happening? Appreciate any advise.
Thanks

I"ve got a package (From China of course) that has been sitting in ISC LOS ANGELES CA (USPS) since August 19th. How long do you wait before filing a claim?

Said it before, with one of my other ID's...
It's just working it's way through the system...

My expereince has not been so good...I've had a package sitting in NY ISC since July 8th...its now Sept 13th. Over 2 months now and no delivery nor a letter from customs and they didnt ship it back to Hong Kong according to the seller. It was a rather large package as well containing a lot of camera/photo lens UV filters.
I now have a lens coming in from Australia that seems to be stuck in the Los Angeles ISC according to USPS for a few days now, but Australian Post tracking says USJFKA, which sounds more like NY.
In the past, items arrive fairly quick to me. These last 2 packages have been painful and costly.

Does anybody know the story behind this website? Why would a Russian site have more tracking info than the USPS or is the additional info only for movements outside the US? I'm skeptical by default of any site originating from Russia

I went to track a $3200 package from overseas today on USPS.com that has been sitting in Chicago for over a week and a customer satisfaction survey popped up. I proceeded to tear them a new one
Not that it will do any good but it was nice to vent.

So here's the history of my shipment from Hong Kong to Milwaukee. Got an update this morning that says it's been processed through Oak Creek (which is Milwaukee) after sitting in Chicago for 11 days (based on others' experiences I feel fortunate).
Hopefully, now that's it's processed through Milwaukee I get it this week.

What do you not understand?
This facility is the primary facility from which the packages out to the world
Once it comes out of New York Authority is no longer UPSP so it remains listed as if it's there
Regular screening facility that is located between one hour per day is all.

I've got 3 packages tied up at ISC New York.
One shows it was Processed Through Sort Facility ISC New York on 10-19-13: October 19, 2013. Two more that show they were Processed Through 10-24-13, one of which just moved last night.
All are vintage wrist watches from Europe, and the weird thing is the package that moved is from the same person as the package from the 19th...
