I just checked my feedback section and I notcied there is feedback for an item I didn't sell.The postive feedback certainly had me oncloud nine.I have no record of a second item selling.Should I ask the Buyer?Do you think Ebay is scamming me?

I just had a pesky Buyer that won't stop sending me messages stating the he hasn't recieved his product.I know he received it becauseI have the documentation.I have tried to block him out on my list,but Ebay block isn't working.This Buyer is trying t...
