Ebay needs to do a test study on their rules, before they start

Yes, I can see Ebay sending out someone to everyones home/ etc. to do
the confirmation, testing, etc. This is a ridiculous new bean counter
thing Ebay has come up with, because they cannot be idle, nor can they
