I just encountered a new feedback form when I tried to leave feedback.
I'm a seller, and I had gone to the page of auction listing for the item

I'm having the same problem, except it's Media Mail that gives the
error. When I go to the Track and manage your shipments page, it says I
*DID* generate a label -- and that I was charged for it! But I can't get
it to print. Help!
dakcountry, you'd first have to tell us the process you used to make
that listing, since there are several ways to create one and they may
differ in where you select which ebay category to put the listing in.
I just had that problem, then read in a previous discussion thread to
see if the address had too many characters in it, or unusual characters.
Mine didn't seem too long, but I clicked Edit on the address, made no
changes, clicked Save... and then it ...
