Ebay is sending me payouts for completed auctions and then billing me

Thanks for the replies. Ebay CS was able to link the tracking numbers
for me. This should be user selectable just like it is for when a seller
sends two or more items in same package.
I got the same email and checked my account settings to see if anything
changed. Nothing changed, all the places I don't want to ship to are
