Looking for children’s YSL dress info

Hello! I can’t find many dresses like this one online. Looking for the time frame and an explanation for 65-165, as I am unfamiliar with this type of sizing.  I think this is from the 90’s based on the multi colored embroidered ysl, but not sure what value to place on this piece.

Think you may have a counterfeit.  The logos are close but don't look correct.  You can compare here.

Thank you so much for your input. I don’t know much about fakes. Would they typically also have the buttons with     YSL letters on them? The sizing on the tag is weird too which was what gave me an inkling that something was off with this dress. Darn!!

Sure.  Buttons could easily be impressed with logo.  To the best of my knowledge, Saint Laurent has never done a girl's line.

I'm curious,  for knowledge,  tell me what is different about the logos? 

What is strange about the sizing?  Could it be French sizing? 

I do think he made children's clothes.
