Canadian buyer says he will get an exorbitant courier fee if I use eBay international shipping to send him a small package. Is this true? He wants me to just send USPS. Does the courier fee how when he clicks my listing to calculate shipping?

FedEx still not fixed

It appears the "FedEx bug" from last week is NOT fixed. Just received 2 more "underpaid". Why can Ebay not get this right?? I am done with FedEx until someone at Ebay can assure us this is fixed.
