Shipping to israel from Kazakhstan

Hi everyone I have a problem with buyer from Israel, I have shipped item before Israel conflict? but Ebay protects sellers only who shipping from US, what about other countries? is it covered Ebay Protection or not?

Resolved! USPS Waiver of Signature keeps printing on label even though I click signature required

I have tried four times. I'm printing a label through USPS Click and Ship. I always click signature required. When my label prints it says "Waiver of Signature" on it. Is anyone else having the same issue?

I am a seller who reprinted a shipping label and was charged twice. How do I get a refund?
