Well there isn't much you can do. Your error, be more careful in the
future! I've done this, got burnt, had to eat the cost. It's part of the
learning curve on ebay.
I send a lot of these and some don't get any scans, some never get
marked delivered (which for these doesn't actually mean delivered, just
sent from the sort center to the destination post office). I do

Alas, the only option they give you to receive your refund is through
paypal. Strange, yes. If you don't have an account, you may as well
start one just for this purpose.
I had a buyer with no USPS shipping option available. I finally went to
the USPS website and tried the address there, I got a response that it
was not able to receive USPS shipments. I notified the customer and
canceled the order.
