eBay international shipping problems

I sent an item out threw eBay international shipping. now the item seems to be lost and the customer wants there money back. when I contact usps and ask them to track the package they tell they can not, that this tracking number is not a usps number....

Resolved! USPS Waiver of Signature keeps printing on label even though I click signature required

I have tried four times. I'm printing a label through USPS Click and Ship. I always click signature required. When my label prints it says "Waiver of Signature" on it. Is anyone else having the same issue?
