I am a buyer in dispute with my seller after having begun the returns process. Because we cant reach an agreement, im trying to get help from ebay in the resolution centre but it wont allow me to do so saying 'a return for this item is already in process...'
Can anyone please help me as i am stuck and cant proceed any further?

Unfortunately, eBay's software has misdirected you to the US community discussion boards. To get the best, most accurate, most reliable advice, you'll want to go to your "home" board and post your comments and questions there. While the two platforms are quite similar, there are differences that could render the information from US sellers invalid.

You are in the UK...........this is the US board..........is your seller in the US?..........if not, you should ask on the UK board.........
