Ok, not reading all that mess, but a few mistakes you made:

Engaging someone who made lots of demands (just block and move on, they're never worth it).

Offering to scam customs.

Refusing to cancel the order.

Sorry, you're SOL.

Whatever picture format you are using, we can't see that.  I have a LARGE monitor and it is displaying about 1/2" wide.  Pixels read 79 x 999

 I clicked on the link and read it. Yes, what a nightmare. After the first few exchanges, I would've disengaged conversation and blocked. Sounded like a huge problem waiting to happen, and it did.

You can just enlarge the image in Google Drive (click "+") - don't bother with doc hub, it's not needed.

@classicphoto.pred  I would have cut that off at about the third message - this person kept yelling "I'm a problem on wheels" so I think this nightmare may be in a way self-induced.  Also falsifying customs isn't a great idea.

Still, I hope everything works out OK, you did bend over backwards to help this person.
