I rec'd negative feedback from a customer. The great news she is willing to change the feedback but I don't know how to send a request, and she doesn't know how to change it either. Can anyone help me?

See this Help Page: http://pages.ebay.com/help/feedback/questions/remove.html
Look for 'Ask a buyer to change ... '

An internet search reveals this:

Or they can just go to the Help page linked above. Why searach the web for things clearly found in the Help pages?

Just wanted to make sure you found your way back to see the posts letting you know how to do this.

Usually it's easier. Ebay obviously uses cassini to search the help pages also.
It's not like they want you to actually find the info .........

Could not agree more. If I had a nickle for every time I searched Help on this site, wasted a bunch of time not finding what I was looking for, and then in 2 seconds finding it through a Goggle search, I'd be rich, rich, rich! Okay, maybe not rich, but you get the idea.

I've never had any trouble.
I try very hard NOT to promote the G either. There are other ways to search.

Thanks for posting that, Chrysylys, but many don't click on links. So just having the info there to read can be helpful as well. I could have gone to the Help Center and copied and pasted but it is quicker to do the internet search.
