refunded payment

Shortly after refunding a sale, Ebay notified me that the proceeds had been refunded. My customer states that ebay has refunded nothing and will soon be demanding a money order. Do I have any back-up from ebay to prove I returned his money?

Request for new invoice is NOT being received by the Seller

After making 2 invoice requests I finally sent a message to the seller. He indicated my invoice requests had never been received, even though they show in my messages. He also added several other buyers had experienced the same issue.

Resolved! Inacurate estimated Delivery dates being shown to buyers

One of my recent orders showed the info below. It states we should ship by Nov 7, which is fine, but the estimated delivery date shown to the buyer is Nov 4 thru the 8th. From Illinois to California. We have a 3-day handling time. Thank you.
