What is the item and what reason did you use? Did you open a sealed product, or damage an item?

Your refund is most likely the order amount, less the return label cost. 

Not sure what you purchased, but depending on what it was, and the seller’s return policy, they may also only offers partial refund depending on how long you had the item or if it was returned damaged. Every shop can be a little different.
