Can't reset Payout ID for Order # in PAYOUTS

Under Payments Tab... is Payouts. 

On Payouts page, at the top, it shows options for the  Payout ID#,  Order #,   or Buyer ID to show in the 2nd column.

The options are there, but try as I might, I can't get it to reset or change from Payout ID to Order # or Buyer ID, either of which would be preferable to Payout ID, which means nothing to me and isn't identifying the listing or item sold.

Is there a trick to getting this column to change or reset?

FYI:  I've tried changing browser's as a customer service rep suggested that.  It didn't work.

I'm not sure what info you are trying to get.  The Payouts are the deposits that were sent to your account.  I do understand the problem you are having on this page.  I don't know why it does that but it does the same thing for me.  

It is likely you can get the info you desire from the Reports Screen.

But if you explain what you are wanting to see, it would be easier to tell you where to find the info.
