Can't pay Ebay fees!! Why?

I am constantly getting "We are sorry, we ran into problem. Please try again" message any time i try to pay my ebay fees. My entire account is restricted over 6 bucks. This is just insane. Ebay 'support' as usual, does nothing but one generic robotic answer after another. Anyone else had the same problem?

Did you enroll with managed payments via Payoneer?  Sellers no longer pay out fees.  They are deducted from your sales.  You may want to check into it.

I mean about those small, listing fees, not selling fees...

listing fees are taken out immediately from pending payments from sales

There is no other way to pay them so that's why you can't find a way to pay them.

You get 250 free listings a month so you should NOT have any listing fees due and something should sell before you do (don't use reserve auctions)

In that case i do not know what are these fees...they can not be selling fees as all of my items are over 3,000$ (so i usualy pay around 700-500 $ of fees), and that goes automatic and they send me the rest of the money on payouts. But now i have some pending smaller fees (like 6$) that i have to pay manualy, and I just can't do it as I get the error message all the time...

Interesting.  I'm not at all sure why that would happen.  You likely need to contact Ebay.
