Oh thanks, you are too kind. Mostly I'm just cheap and fixing these girls is therapy... :^O
Here's my Super Secret Technique! 😉
I thinned down some white glue and, using a toothpick, carefully dropped a TINY bit into her blown eyes.
Then I use a little brush to spread it around. This fills in the cracks and keeps the crackled chunks from falling out. The glue dries clear. After it dried, I just used a micron black marker to paint new black irises over the yellowed eyes. It's not an ideal fix, but at least she doesn't have the creepy haunted look anymore.. Here she is just out of the box:
