I sell cards. I want to make it so that when people add cards to their cart, the first card is full price for shipping and any additional cards are .50 each. I believe I have set it this way, but it does not work.Shouldn't be that hard.

How long does a seller have to ship an item? I paid for item 8 days ago and it has yet to be shipped.
