I sell cards. I want to make it so that when people add cards to their cart, the first card is full price for shipping and any additional cards are .50 each. I believe I have set it this way, but it does not work.
Then you have to associate the listings that you want to use that rule. You can check it off on the listing form or you may be able to do it using bulk edit. I'm not sure how to do it if you use business policies.
