So, first delivery attempt has been made without success. eBay's
tracking shows it (tracking info not shown in english, at least not for
me), but the system has not automatically marked it same as Delivered.

So it was long succesful road without any disputes and once first one
comes buyer is scamming the item. The estimated delivery date is nowhere
near but once I responded to buyers message about shipping and provided
info that it is indeed shipped even...
So this is just a guestion as there isn't actual problem, but back in
the days when I bought stuff from China and it was not as described I
was told by eBay to ship it back and pay for the shipping myself which
of course would't make any sense financ...
In my country when you sell domestic parcel the default way to send
notice is SMS and you have to pay extra to send paper notice, maybe that
really is the case here although it was tracked letter and not parcel.

Thanks, I will contact eBay through those channels if needed. Buyer
still has not picked up the shipment and now I contacted his country's
post office, turns out that according to the postal worked there will
not be paper notice left of arrived item....

the shipment for either 5 or 10 days, there was example picture of what
the notification of arrived item looks like and there were checkboxes
