Ebay said it's combining international shipping but I cannot. I have an international buyer who won several auctions but ebay wants to charge her shipping for each item. Help!

Several of my listings are not visible in My Ebay or search. Nor does it come under "items for sale" when I search. HAAALP! lol

There is an item in my purchase history that I can't hide from my view. (I always hide orders after received and feedback left.) Apparently the seller was booted off ebay - no longer a registered seller. How to get this item off my purchase list?
