I received an obnoxious feedback comment that was racial in nature. It

What a horrible experience. It makes my stomach churn just imagining the

Could not have said it better! Some people were born on the wrong side

Does a mark make an item "other than new" ? People who purchase hard to
find or designer brands tend to expect that the items be exactly as
described and new means without any damage or marks or any kind. I can
