Between major snow storms, -40 degree wind chills for days and a couple of ice storms closing the post office several days, this winter has been miserable in my area.   Here's to all you hearty soles in MN, WI and the Dakota's.  Keep warm and think Spring!

All CS isn't bad as alluded to in many posts! The US reps really are nice but have to do their jobs and work within Ebay rules and policies just as anyone else that has a job.

Glad you got a resolution that you were happy with! Now stay safe but quit sending these cold fronts over to those of us in the north eat - we have high winds with 60 mph gusts and it's freezing!
