I had purchased a digital book file back in February and had issues trying to access file, the forgot about it. now that I needed to go back to it, the file is deleted, seller is no longer registered as ebay seller so i basically payed for **bleep**.
what in the world do i need to do to get a refund or something because I can no longer contact the seller and the return section i cant even do anything in because im guessing the order is too old? ugh idk thats y i never buy from ebay 😞

1. You forgot about the file (not the seller or eBay problem)
2. You want a refund (had 30 days to get one...once again not eBay or sellers fault)
3. eBooks are not allowed ot be sold anyway
You don't buy from eBay because you forgot about a file and want ot blame someone other than yourself??? Thanks for posting

I would suggest you read the policies of the sites you buy on. You only had 30 days of buyer protection with eBay. So you had 30 days from the date received to file a case with eBay. If you pay with PayPal, you have 180 days from the date of payment to file there. It is completely unreasonable to expect to be able to return an item or get a refund 6 months down the road. You had ample time to make sure the file worked. If the purchase was made before 2/26, you have waited too long to file with PayPal.
