Is there an problem with the Jersey City NJ USPS hub?

My package was in New Jersey for 9 days.

Seems like that's a question you'd want to ask someone at the scene, like the Postmaster.

I have 2 shipments incoming from different European  Union countries that have been stuck at that facility for two weeks and counting. They were shipped at different times but landed in that hub on the same day and both seem to be in limbo with no updates. I have had other shipments that never arrived after stopping at that facility. I cringe when I see "Processed Through USPS Facility FOREIGN CENTERJERSEY CITY NJ 099".

Every so often packages get  "stuck" places.   Contacting the USPS web site can help in some cases.   Seems to happen in random USPS spots.  None seem any better or worse for it.
