So I had item sold and after he received it, he asked to return it cause he didn't read the ad and thought it was something different. He assumed it was steel when it was aluminum (I even stated it was aluminum in title) I know I can deny the return and case will be closed, but I wanted to check was whether he can still leave feedback, I assume if he can, he might give me negative. It was expensive item, really don't want to try and sell it again when it is not my fault. I don't do returns except if I made mistake in description, broken, etc. The terms in ad even states I don't do returns.

If your buyer started a return request and you see a Deny option on the list -- meaning your buyer selected a buyer's remorse reason for the return, and you use that option to deny the return, then yes, your buyer can still leave feedback.
Otherwise, if a return request was started for a not as described reason, you won't see a Deny option on the list, and you can't deny the return. Or if your buyer just contacted you, you should try to work out before your buyer throws a punch with return request.
