I can't write tracking number!

For the first time ever, today I see no option to enter the tracking number!

I have just returned from the Post Office, I shipped a parcel and wanted to insert the tracking number - but there is no tracking number option/section/field any more!

(OP is in Croatia.)

Try this link, which (for a U.S. seller) should bring up all your recently sold items:

If you did not print your shipping label through eBay (and from Croatia, I do not know if that is possible), you should find an option in the Actions columns for your item where you can select Mark as Shipped. After that, you should see an option to Add Tracking Number.

If that does not work, please post a screen shot to show what you are seeing on your screen.

Thanks all for your effort, it seems that we are using different "platforms". You probably use the so called "Seller Hub", which I have never used. Anyway, this problem which I desribed happened now for the first time. Here's my screen:

Click on View Order Details, you should be able to edit the tracking number there.  Otherwise use the hub link in my last post.

Of course I clicked on 'View Order Details' before coming here - no option to enter the tracking number anywhere.

The problem is that they changed something in the normal part of ebay, which worked until recently.

The option is still showing in my Order Details, so I don't know what the problem is.

My knowledge of the selling side is theoretical only.

The OP may have to use the seller hub page to enter tracking if there is no other apparent way to do so. Then the non-seller hub pages can be used for other purposes.

Strange OP does not see a place to either enter or edit the tracking number, it is on both my order details and in the seller hub.

@rfmtm   My advice is to use Seller Hub.   I know that @catalogue.bay  doesn't want to try it though, sorry I don't know what else to suggest.

@catalogue.bay   You could just go to the orders page I linked and opt in to seller hub to enter your tracking then opt out again from the top of the overview page: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw

Some of the older pages are not being kept up as well as eBay focuses more on Seller Hub as it is the location for all of the reports and payment information needed for managed payments.  

To get used to seller hub just bookmark Overview https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw

I user Seller Hub (I can't imagine selling without it) so I don't know if there are two versions of the Order Details or not. But this is what I see on the right side of the page after clicking View order details or clicking on the transaction #:

@inceptions  Yes, that looks like my Order Details as well.   Looks like Comics convinced OP to do as I originally suggested and use Seller Hub.

No, he didn't convince me. But now I realize that they changed the normal part of ebay (maybe not for American sellers) and I can't add tracking unless I go to Seller Hub. I won't use Seller Hub. I strongly detest all ebay's changes in past several years. I simply won't add tracking and that's it.
