If I recall correctly, the correct bell notification used to say some thing like "A solution was accepted."

It might be on the mentor chat board or buried in another post here on the community platform board.
If someone else's solution is accepted it's supposed to just show a checkmark and say userx "accepted a solution" if they accepted someone else's solution.
Or "Your reply got accepted as solution" if it really is your reply.
