What is your question? All Ebay fees and all debits to each sale is itemized there for you to review.

eBay’s Seller fees are clearly posted depending on the category fees start at 3% to 15 % and are charged for the entire amount paid by the buyer. This means purchase price plus shipping plus tax if applicable.
As for Payoneer, eBay has nothing to do with that.

This is a US community discussion forum.  We do not use Payoneer for payments in our country.  You may want to contact Payoneer or eBay to explain the fees that are set very clear when you sign on to sell:

Hi @68fordnz1 

I see you are in New Zealand, you have sold 3 items on this ID in the last 90 days with the most recent sale on November 25, 2023 on an Offer below $ 190 and $ 50 shipping.   You have International fees and possible currency conversion fees that could apply.  Click the Transaction details link, here in the US it is the blue number link directly above the listing's main picture ... then over on the right is a breakdown of the Sold price and fees and costs on the transaction.

You can’t include the Payoneer fee since that is only once per year. 19% sounds like a bargain to me. There are many on here that pay more than 19% based on the other posts on the subject.
