Let's call it like it is.

eBay closely and jealously controls every aspect of anything that happens on their site.

Unless you did something you shouldn't have like make a deal outside of eBay, or your buyer used PayPal or their credit card to zip you, you were defrauded by eBay. Your buyer couldn't have done it on his or her own.

 

Sorry, but that's simply the harsh reality.

Chaos is NOT an "industry standard".

Why then is eBay only willing to provide online customer service using Facebook and Twitter, OUTSIDE of eBay?

 

With the ever-escalating federal and international controversies surrounding those sites, it's foolish to have accounts there, even if just to get online support from eBay ... or your utility company.

I find this AMAZING! 

 

So many so quick judge that the Buyer did something wrong with ZERO details on what actually transpired.  Not even a one sided bias description.  Simply no details at all.  thinking  grimacing
