Just a simple poll for the Community.
Do you think the GTC format is beneficial for your current eBay needs?
IF eBay gave you a choice????
Would you have said Yes or No to a GTC format?
These are simple yes or no questions.

NO! AS EXPLAINED EARLIER, MY SALES HAVE DIMINISHED! ALONG WITH THAT, ALL SELLERS THAT ARE TOP RATED AND POWERS SELLERS LIKE ME AND OTHERS, WILL LOSE THEIR STATUS AND DISCOUNTS. ANOTHER WAY FOR EBAY TO GAIN PROFITS. I STILL PLAN ON REDUCING STORES AND LISTINGS. NOT COST EFFICIENT ANY LONGER. ALSO LOOKING FOR NEW SITES TO SELL ON. MAYBE THEY WILL HAVE AN ACTIVE INTERNET EXPLORER.

NO, my listings will now be reduced to a trickle. eBay has taken what once was a great sales format and turned it into a big ugly over regulated site with limited seller control.

It's neither... just more work.
Oh and it's paying a gross additional amount of relisting fees.

a big fat NOPE from me

NO.
Now it is Forcing me to keep my listings under 1,000 so I don't get charged extra if I forget to watch my items and cancel before they are relisted with this new GTC format.
That will not help me or ebay sad to say.
I am hoping and praying that they change it back.
P.S. Please Let Me Run My Own Store !!!!

A big NO for sure , GTC is a scam to trick people into more fees plain & simple . EBay thinks people don't realize that and they don't care anyway. I am not listing any more items because of this and i will not buy any items from ebay either !

You state that there have been many posts about this on the chatboard and most have been removed or hidden. I posted yesterday about how negatively this has affected my business. That post, I must say, has been deeply hidden. I tried to respond this morning on this board to someone about this issue and there wasn't even a way to respond to her post?!? Can the algorithms do suppress negative board posts? I've wondered the same about listings being suppressed. Ebay has been a huge blessing but I don't understand what is happening. I'm trying my best to ride the waves, knowing the ebb and flow needs to be expected.
