problem with the the warning bell not working
I have to reload the page several times and maybe if it works, is that normal or is it just happening to me?

I can't say that it's just happening to you, but mine is working today. Instead of reloading... can you just tap it and see if there are any new notifications? Sometimes I find them that way when the bell isn't red... 🤔

The bell works consistently for me when messages, offers, returns and sales come in. At times it takes awhile for the system to clear them out after they have been addressed.

I have the same problem since about yesterday.  Sometimes I see notifications and sometimes I do not see them.

eBay glitch.  Give them some time to fix it.  Don't worry about it.
