Getting Ebay Subscription

When I get an eBay subscription does it make a new account or keep the same account? It asks me to make a name for my eBay account when I want to get a subscription. Thanks

.CA Selling on .COM. Where to Subscribe?

Hello,I have a .CA account and selling on .COM without a store subscription. I want to continue selling on .COM with a store subscription, however unsure if I should sign up on .CA or .COM. Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks.

Active Listings search is broken

We can't edit promotions on our listings.

We promoted some of our listings and now when trying to edit and remove the promoted fixed rate that choice in not shown. Is this a technical issue or some change to the way promotion rates are edited? Thanks.
