status" site. Has the issue with "buying" affected everyone's sales as

You MUST take your item to the P.O. - Stand on line & get your
acceptance scan. Leaving your box or envelope on the counter to be
scanned after you leave or simply giving it to your local carrier is
risky & your package may not get scanned within you...
