Listing not showing

My listing 195797142462 is not showing in any searches.This is the 3rd time I list in 3 days and none of them are searchable.Support said don't list as auction for 1 or 3 days,so now I listed as "buy it now", but still not searchable.

Ebay UK search is defaulting to USA settings

Tried to do my usual daily searches and EBay.uk site keeps running searches as if I live in USA. I know how to use EBay so don't blame the user, something is wrong with the Ebay software/tech.

I cannot create, revise or renew listings - page will not load.
