Do you know anything about this ceramic perfume bottle ?

3 1/4". top has plastic dauber and place for perfume. Bottom looks like it has solid perfume. Not marked except for the green band T.Paris. Looks like a greek mythology scene to me. Any help would be great.

Have dinner ware "Royal Mail", If I remember correctly Staffordshire is a region in England and not a maker. I can not find this pattern in Replacements. What am I doing wrong?
