Please help with the mark on this lidded urn

Looks french to me but no luck in finding the maker 14''tall

The mark may be that of  Ceramiche Vincenzina {Vincenzina Ceramics}. The studio was active in Gualdo Tadino beginning in 1934. It closed in 1964. The pottery was founded by Adelmo Fabbri and Osvaldo Dolci.

I have reservations about its authencity. Usuallly the artistic quality of  Vincenzina surpasses the quality being shown by this piece and they generally produce lusterware. I also see that it is not marked "Italy" as required by Italian law.
