Please Help Id Ceramic Cat Figurine Italy or Mexico

Ceramic smiling cat figurine measuring only 3 1/2" tall. No id marks that I can find. White with a black bow tie and out lining, head turned to side. Blue and black polka dotting on the back. 

Super cute!  Any ideas??
