Need help identifying Quadrifoglic plate!

Hi guys I pruchased this item from a  yard sale and need some information. I have attached a couple pictures and hope someone can help identify this item for me I'd really appreciate it. 

The Quadrifaglic text on the back is green.

it is a depiction of Milan during the renaissance , particularly show the rings of walls.

It's Quadrifoglio, ends in "o".

Yes I was able to find that information online. I just wanted to know how old this piece is so when I do list it I know how. I'm new to this but I'm trying hard to learn as much as possible. When I get stuck really really stuck I come here seeking help. I really appreciate your reply. Thank you
