Help with Blue Pottery Vase or Planyer, please.

Thanks for taking a look at this pottery vase.

It is about 3.5" high and 5" in diameter at the widest point.  It has some glaze pops.

Mom had put a small tag on the bottom that said 1920s.  Don't know if this is correct.

Looks like Roseville Matt Color line Circa 1920. Ref Roseville In All Its Splendor Jack & Nancy Bomm.
