Could someone help me ID this old Coffee Pot

I was hoping that someone could help me ID and date this coffee pot

The design appears to be hand painted possible over a transfer pattern, the 

color is definitely hand painted.

Base has no maker mark but does have some numbers as shown.

If I had to guess, it appears to be early 1800's

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The little spout at the top makes it a chocolate pot.

Bump... if anyone can help me out with a date range or a descriptive term for the painting style.

Ok, it reminds me of English decoration but I've never seen that type of handle on any 19th century English pot. So I'm guessing it's early 20th century. A lot of sellers call it hand painted but it is done over a transfer print and done very nicely too.
