Can Someone verify that this is a Chinese Mark American Eagle arrows holly

This plate is hand painted, I think the style is call cloisonne With those flag colors.

the mark appears to be Kutani (Japan) this is an excellent link for Japanese porcelain marks

Thank sgdogman I will go there again with this new information. I checked the Chinese Mark at the Gothenburg site because the mark to me ( am no hardly an expert on seal marks ) looks more similar to a Chinese seal to me.
